CTS was recently under contract to the City of Lynnwood for the design of a relocated pump station for their Sewer Lift Station #4. The project was coordinated with a major new hotel development on an adjacent site that, along with other new development, calls for the existing pumps to be upgraded.
The work includes field survey, geotechnical investigation; environmental mitigation (JARPA/HPA); extension of existing 8” dia. sanitary sewer and 6” force main; new wetwell/drywell installation; 3 new pumps; new building, emergency generator, and associated electrical/mechanical installations, including new SCADA system; as well as stormwater management, other utility work and landscaping.
